What books have you written?

I have written “Persephone: Practicing the Art of Personal Power” and “Demeter” for Moon Books. I have also written “Dream Magick” for Llewellyn

How would you describe your spiritual pathway?

I would describe myself as eclectic. I have been a member of the Sisterhood of Avalon since 2002 but have also been initiated in the NROOGD and Taibhsear traditions.

What tips do you have for folk beginning their spiritual journey?

When you are trying to connect with a deity, read their myths through the lens of the context of the time frame in which they were written. Many myths about female deities in some cultures were written during a period in history that was patriarchal in nature and it’s important to keep that context in mind. Explore a variety of paths to find the one that feels right to you. Keeping a journal can be a great way to learn more about yourself in a spiritual context and to trust your intuition more.

What is something quirky about yourself?

I am a belly dancer and I also sing and play a few instruments. I have a rare (mostly useless) talent in that I can easily tell you what a word is backwards.

What Deity(ies) would you love to have dinner with?

So many! But the top of my list would include Persephone, Blodeuwedd, Hermes, and Scathach (the latter of which because I feel a strong connection to her but it can be difficult to find reliable information about her).

What magical items would you take with you if you had to live on an island for a year?

A cauldron, candles, a quartz crystal, my Book of Shadows, and a beautiful, engraved staff made for me by a friend, which has engraved sigils and a labradorite crystal. I would probably also want to bring some kind of instrument because music is magick! (I would say sacred water and salt, but since I am on an island, I am thinking those would be in ready supply!

Throughout her 22 years in the non-profit field, she has helped thousands with diverse challenges to discover their often long neglected talents, take control of their lives, and achieve their dreams A leadership development coach and instructor for both adults and youth, Robin has won leadership awards such as Advancing Leadership’s 2017 Bob Wroblewski Servant Leadership award and Soroptomists of Federal Way’s Woman of Distinction and Women Helping Women awards Robin is a graduate of the University of Washington Non-Profit Leadership Institute, a member of the Forbes Non-Profit Council and possesses a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management.

Robin has had her writing featured in publications including Goddess, When She Rules, Flower Face Bloduewedd Anthology, Her Sacred Garden: An Avalonion Herbal Journey, and Pagan Writer’s Press Yule Anthology. In addition, Mrs. Corak has been a frequent contributor to online publications such as the Tor Stone, Forbes, Buddha Groove and The Call of the Morrigan. Robin was a presenter at the 2018 Pantheacon conference (SOA Hospitality Suite), Land, Sea, and Sky’s Year With Our Gods online conference series and the 2017 and 2018 Avacon conferences. She is scheduled to be a presenter at the 2019 Paganicon and has taught classes locally and online on topics such as Reiki, Divination, Incense Making, and Gods/Goddesses.
